The next meeting will be held in the Spring. Please contact your Block Captain in the meantime if you have questions or concerns.

2026 Maintenance Fee: Any members that have late fees from previous year(s), if you do not pay late & current fees owed, you will be deemed as a member not in good standing for the 2026 year and will not have pier access.

Reminder: Owners must contact their Block Captain before installing a pier or deck on the waterfront.
Owners with multiple spaces or piers: Per the By-Laws, owners are allowed only one space/pier per homeowner. Please contact your Block Captain for assistance.
